Restrictions and additional info
Are there any restrictions on earning Printed Points?
You can earn points on all Printed.com products, the only exception is when you apply a discount voucher to your order. If you use a discount code, you won’t be eligible to collect Printed Points.
Do I need to pay VAT and/or delivery when I use my points?
Yes, on Printed.com the points cover only the print value, (ex VAT, ex delivery), so you will be required to pay VAT and delivery charges.
Do Printed Points expire?
Yes. To keep your Printed Points you'll need to of placed an order in the last 12 Months. If you've not, your points will expire and they won't show on your account.

How do I join?
You're automatically signed up to our Rewards Programme as soon as you join Printed.com.
How are points awarded?
For every £1 you spend with Printed.com you'll earn Printed Points (this doesn't include VAT or delivery, and you'll only earn points on full priced baskets). Points will automatically be awarded to eligible orders, once your order is shipped. For credit account customers, points will sit in Pending Points until payment is made. You can even earn points for completing your profile in My Account.
How do I check how many points I have?
Your points total is displayed in My Account. For a points breakdown, click the Rewards link. Here you’ll find all of your recent points, pending points and any points you have redeemed, as well as a history of your points usage.
How can I use my points?
You'll be able to redeem your points against an order once you have placed your first order with us, this will instantly discount your order total (if you're not using any other voucher). The points won't cover delivery or VAT but you can save on the cost of your order with just a few points. Maybe you'll want to save your points for a later order; you can use them any time as long as you're placing an order in 12months.

What is the advantage of moving up Tiers?
Moving up a Tier means you’ll get more points and bigger benefits. Our Bronze Tier earns you 4 points for every £1 spent, Silver earns you 7 points for every £1 spent, and Pink earns you 10 points for every £1 spent.
Points are a great reward you can earn from placing orders with us.
How are Tiers calculated?
Your Account activity is checked every 30 days to ensure you are in the correct tier.
There's no qualification for Bronze Tier – you are automatically enrolled at this level when you sign up!
You qualify for Silver Tier if you:
- Have spent at least £375 in the last 90 days
You qualify for Pink Tier if you:
- Have spent at least £750 in the last 90 days
- Or are a member of Printed Plus

To spend your points on our site, add your print to your basket and use the handy slider at checkout to choose how many points you want to spend. You can use Printed Points to pay for your whole order (excluding VAT, excluding delivery) or you can make a partial payment. You can only redeem Printed Points on full price orders (so not in conjunction with other voucher codes), but the choice is all yours if you use them on all or just some of your order, you're still making a saving!
How do I spend my Printed Points with a Reward Partner?
Visit the Rewards section of your Profile in My Account, and choose a Reward Partner under ‘Spend Your Printed Points’. Use the slider to select how many points you would like to spend, and click ‘Spend My Points’. You’ll get an email from us containing a discount code to use on your chosen Reward Partner’s website.
Can I use a mix of points and money on Reward Partner sites?
Partial payment is accepted with M&S, Amazon.co.uk and here at Printed.com! Check your chosen site for their T&Cs. Points transferred to M&S and Amazon.co.uk do not expire.
How do I donate my Printed Points to a charity or an educational organisation?
Visit the Rewards section of your Profile in My Account, and follow the three steps under ‘Donate your points’. Choose whether you would like to donate to a charity or educational organisation, which one, and use the slider to choose how many points to donate.
