Get to grips with our new website
Our new website is over 2 weeks old! And like all new things it’s come with a few challenges and teething problems. We’ve really welcomed all your feedback and understand that a few bits have changed recently, so we’ve pulled together this handy blog to help alleviate some of your top questions.
My Account updates
Your account has had a big makeover. From reordering to downloading your invoices, check out the changes we’ve made to your ‘My Account’ section.
Downloading templates
Looking for downloadable templates? We have them! You can now find these on each product page, or on the artwork upload page of the product builder. Check out our short video below for a quick guide on how to get your hands on them.
Our personalisation options
Did you know that there are two ways to personalise your print? Whether you’re creating Wedding Place Cards or Bespoke Invitations, we’ve put together a short intro video on how to nail the process first time on our new site.
How to use your Printed Points
If you’ve got Printed Points to spend, you can now apply them to your order at checkout on our new website (hooray!). This latest feature is super easy to use, but here is a quick overview in case you haven’t quite mastered it yet.
Using our Versions service
On many Printed.com products you can use our Versions service to print different designs using the same product specifications, for example paper size, paper stock and any additional finishes such as lamination or rounded corners. It’s best to use our versions service if your job involves a number of different designs of the same product. In a nutshell, it means that you can order higher quantities at lower unit costs, saving you both time and money. Find out how below.
We strive to bring you the best Printed.com experience possible. During the re-development of our website we have faced some temporary problems. Check this page for up-to-date information on any current issues, and what we’re doing to fix them.
