We’ve revamped the ‘Orders’ section to give you full visibility over all your projects, with the ability to toggle between live, past, or all jobs. One of the standout upgrades is the addition of a thumbnail preview of your artwork, making it easier than ever to find the orders you’re looking for.

Tracking your order status is now sleeker and more intuitive. You can easily see the progress from the moment we receive your design to when it’s in print, dispatched, and delivered—complete with dates and timings for extra peace of mind.

You’ll continue to receive notifications for any file issues along the way, ensuring everything stays on track. And if you want to reorder any of your past jobs, it’s as simple as clicking the ‘reorder’ button within each job!

Making Billing Easier

We’ve added a dedicated Billing section to give you full control and transparency over your payments. You can now quickly check your ‘current balance’ to see at a glance if you’re up to date on payments.

Our new, streamlined integrated invoice system makes managing your finances faster. You can download multiple invoices, make single or bulk payments, and receive timely notifications for any invoices that are due or coming up soon.

Here, you can see how many times you’ve ordered each item and reorder your print favourites. Simply hit ‘Order Again’ and you’ll be taken directly to that product page—faster and more convenient than ever!
