Friday’s Favourites: Get into the Festive Spirit
It’s gone Christmas card crazy this week! Thanks to all our customers for getting us into the festive spirit with their gorgeous designs. It’s also a busy time for wedding stationers as they are already prepping for Christmas Day – the most popular day of the year to get engaged! And finally, with a ton of networking events and exhibitions coming up, as well as the usual Christmas market fairs, it’s the perfect time to stock up on business cards. Check them all out below!
Wedding stationery by Bea & Bloom
If you love pastels, prettiness and peonies, then Bea & Bloom is your Insta inspo. Emma Margaret launched her unique, illustrated and bespoke wedding stationery business this week so give her a follow and support her! After getting engaged in 2015, with an illustration degree in hand, it was inevitable Emma would become a wonderful wedding stationer. Good luck Emma – more pics of your Westie would be great too!
Greeting cards by Maya Bee Illustrations
We are really getting into the festive spirit with all these Christmas cards. Kicking us off is London-based illustrator Maya Pletscher’s cards, which are sweet, cheerful and showcase our ideal Chrimbo. Visit her Instagram to choose which one is your favourite; snow angels, skiing or sledging.
My my my, hasn’t Emma Buccheri been a busy lady!? Her bespoke handmade gifts have been flying off those shelves, hence why she needed stickers to add final touches to her packaging. Adorning her paper bags and thank you cards, we think they look great. Here’s to more sales Emma!
Greeting cards by The Inky Deer
How beautiful is Daisy Maude’s work here?! And did John Lewis steal your fox idea Daisy? The Nottinghamshire based artist and watercolour illustrator is inspired by animals and flora and fauna. We can’t get enough of Daisy’s prints, greeting cards and other paper goods!
Business cards by Josh Bristow
Fashion illustrator Josh Bristow made us put our glad rags on when we saw his designs come in this week! We love the stark monochrome look on our black uncoated paper stock, and Josh is all about bold, exaggerated and expressive fashion illustration. A super talented chap – take us shopping Josh!
Greeting cards by Little Betty Design
Sally from Stockport is behind this cute as a button Christmas card! The freelance graphic designer, illustrator and printmaker is a little bit of a dreamer, which is probably why her work is whimsical and a little bit magical.
Maker and creator Madeline Norris is behind some seriously creative craft tutorials. Ever fancied making autumn leaf bunting? Madeline is your go-to! She’s off to the Paper Dolls Handmade Market soon clutching her new business cards from us, printed on recycled paper stocks featuring her rather lovely brand new logo.
Well, discovering that koalas love snow has been a big learning curve for us at printed.com this week! Hertfordshire-based illustrator Jodie Cox specialises in children’s books so we are hoping these koala Christmas cards develop into something more. Maybe koalas go on holiday? Great stuff Jodie!
Postcards and business cards by Kamelio
Smoked & Chard must be happy chaps with Kamelio’s work. The creative digital marketing company based in rural Hampshire has been about since 2009 and creates stunning web design and digital marketing for a whole host of clients. It’s made us want to visit Smoked & Chard so we’d say job done on that one!
