Friday’s Favourites

It’s the penultimate Friday’s Favourites of the year featuring five fantastic designs! Greeting cards by Lauren Hay

Rustic kraft greetings cards just ooze Christmas spirit, and Lauren Hay totally nailed it. Scotland-based graphic designer and visual artist Lauren also runs a blog detailing her life and design work. We can’t wait to see more Lauren!

Calendars by Lisa Barlow

Georgie freelance designer and self-confessed cat lady Lisa Barlow sure knows a thing or two about bright colour palettes. She created a calendar based around words of wisdom for 2017, and after seeing this we are super hopeful for a great year (especially after how 2016 has been – we needed your wise words this year too Lisa!)

Business cards by Holly Rutter

Now we like an avocado just like the next person. However, Holly seems to like them just a bit more, hence why she has adorned her business cards with her beautiful illustrations of them. Holly doesn’t just limit herself to one green food however; she’s also illustrated brussel sprouts, chickpeas and aubergines.

How cute is this card by Hannah Marks? We certainly feel jolly and bright after seeing her wonderful work. She’s got us looking forward to 2017 because Hannah is releasing her first picture book, titled Hamster Sitter Wanted. It’s going to be amazing, we can tell.
