Important changes to Customer Service hours this Christmas
Woah, didn’t that come around quickly! It’s Christmas here at PDC HQ and that means that it’s time for most of us to take a break and enjoy some well earned family time before we hit the ground running in 2020.
But, what if you need to speak to us over the festive period? Below you’ll find a handy guide to when you can talk to the team. If you need to speak to us at any point outside of these hours, please drop us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office.

Our Christmas hours…
| Up to December 20th | Normal business hours (8.30am ‘til 6.30pm) |
| December 23rd | Reduced business hours (9:00am ’til 5:00pm) |
| December 24th- 26th | Closed |
| December 27th and 30th | Reduced business hours (9:00am ’til 5:00pm) |
| December 31st- January 1st | Closed |
| January 2nd onwards | Normal business hours (8.30am ‘til 6.30pm) |
We will still be closed on Saturdays and Sundays as usual.
Don’t forget, you can still shop as normal over the festive period, but your orders will only be processed on working days, which may mean you need to factor in a little extra time to receive your print.
