Friday’s Favourites: One-stop-shop for design delights
This is not a drill, we repeat, this is not a drill. This weekend it’s 50 days until Christmas, and don’t our customers know it! We’ve got plenty of customer Greeting Cards, Gift Vouchers, Postcards to get you in the festive spirit, as well as some stunning Wedding Stationery and Business Cards to prove we haven’t gone totally Christmas crazy just yet. Be inspired below!
Greeting Cards by Jessica Halmshaw
Netherlands based Jessica is offering papercut perfection this Christmas with her gorgeous Greeting Cards. Originally from the UK, Jessica is inspired by the landscapes, architecture and environments of the North East of England and enjoys finding new ways of interpreting everything around her to help with her designs!
Gift Vouchers by Little Lights Invites
It’s time to get glam for the festive season, so it’s lucky that the lovely Caroline of Little Lights Invites designed these gift vouchers for her makeup artist friend Very Bettie. With on trend leopard print and pillar box red envelopes, these gift vouchers remind us of Betty Boop which makes perfect sense. We love the matching leopard print heart-shaped sticker too!
Greeting Cards by Katie Clement
We don’t think we’ve seen a more Christmassy card range than Katie’s! The London based illustrator and fashion print designer has been hand finishing this range with metallic gold ink, and recently held a pop up at The Village Haberdashery in Hampstead. Londoners, keep your eyes out for Katie and her cards!
Stationery Suite by Chloe Ainsley
Time to lighten up a bit in this wintery weather with Chloe Ainsley’s bright and bold house stationery collection aptly named ‘Fun Fair’. Ideal for fun-filled festivals, carnival themed weddings and corporate events, Chloe is also a fun filled person herself, enjoying globetrotting, chocolate, cake and smiley people.
Cambridgeshire based freelance graphic and surface pattern designer, who also won our laser-cut paper design contest this time last year, has been busy showing off her Lux paper Business Cards, finished with velvet lamination. We love her use of popping colours and different patterns.
Foiled Wedding Invitations by VP Wedding Stationery
Vicky Perry nails on trend wedding stationery here with THE fruit of the moment, pineapple, combined with a gilding of gold. The Brighton based stationer said these invitations were super fun to make, and we think they’re the perfect mix of luxurious, modern, but with a cool twist. Vicky does always do a fab doesn’t she?!
As we head into frantic festive season, it’s important to stock up on your sales print. Freelance heritage photographer Laura has done just that to help push her business, Boffin Photography, this Christmas. Laura, who is also a crafter and morris dancer, is based in Oxfordshire and we imagine will be a busy bee in the run up to December!
Wedding Stationery by Wildwood Paper
Botanical paper and printed products is what Wildwood Paper is all about. And while it might be more of a time for holly and mistletoe, florals and foliage is still super popular – just look at the catwalks to see that florals are en-vogue this winter. We particularly adore Wildwood’s Hedgerow customizable suite, which has plenty of bohemian influence.
